Last Life in the Universe

I love art films aka art house cinema. This is a scene from the beautiful movie 'Last Life in the Universe'. The cinematography of this movie is very good. I really loved looking at every scene. hehe. Anyways, I don't know what to do with this work. Are the colors okay? Does the dress attract too much attention? Or I don't know. I don't want to finish the pillow. Its so uninteresting, I don't have the mood to paint it. I'm so lazy ad I know I shouldn't be lazy. I understand the need to discipline myself and not use 'shortcuts' on things that I'm too lazy to do. hehe. It wouldn't be nice and would lessen the quality of the qork. Like this one. I colored the dress using a shortcut. And I feel like it does not belong in the picture somehow. hhhmmm....I've posted this in Conceptart.org hoping someone would critique on this, and I really hope to get some reply and set me on the right path on the what to do with this.

It's already summer in the Philippines. Instead of being at home, going to the beach, enjoying my days without school, without hospital duties, no homeworks, no headaches; instead of all that, I'm here doing the exact opposite! I have replacement duties for 7 days and damn that's long! After my hospital duties, its already enrollment time. And since summer classes are a prerequisite in our school, it leaves me no choice but to stay here where I'm 3 hrs away from home, facing my trusted laptop. That's a lot of commas.

I.am.gale.I.am.bored.I.am.tired.I.am.so.not.happy.right.now.

But wait!!!!! I forgot that I have a reason to be happy today! I forgot that I told myself that nothing will ruin my day today! Because....tan tadahtan tadaaaah I PASSED! I CAN NOW PROCEED TO BECOMING A FOURTH YEAR STUDENT, THUS MAKING ME A GRADUATING STUDENT!!! JUST ONE MORE YEAR AND THIS CURSE SHALL END!!! School sucks we all know that and yet we condemn our children to go to school instead of making them decide for themselves. ha!

I have a lot of pent up feelings of remorse for the world.

Anyways, is my grammar correct? Sorry if my english isn't so good. nyahehe.

Starting something new

These are my two WIPs (works in progress):

First: that one is my boyfriend's baby picture, He looked so cute in the picture and I'm going to paint it. ^^
Second: that's a fairy, but I'm having a hard time placing her wings, so she doesn't have any at the moment. XD

I have been very busy for the whole semester, our final exams just ended (I really pray that I passed) and I am not so busy anymore. XD I have started with some works, I really hope I will be able to improve my skills since I am not seeing any improvement in myself for this year. hehe It must be because of so much schoolwork. I barely have time to sleep!
